This online enrollment portal will allow you to begin the process of enrolling your student with a school in the Sebastopol Union School District. Information about your student will be collected, including medical specifics and emergency contact information. Please have this information close at hand. You will also be asked to upload pdf's of certain documents (ie. proof of residency). The data entry process will take approximately 15-20 minutes. If you are unable to complete the process at any point, you may logout and your data will be saved. Upon the required data entry being fulfilled you will be notified that you have 'Completed Enrollment' and your student's enrollment profile will be digitally sent to the applicable school office. Once you have completed enrollment, you will no longer have immediate access to make changes to enrollment data and you can contact the school office to make updates .

To re-enter an incomplete enrollment, review for completeness, or reprint the records for previously enrolled students, click the "Login" button below.
